Welcome to Fyutr! These Terms and Conditions outline the rules and regulations for the use of Forthify Sdn Bhd's Website and Application, located at https://fyutr.app and operated by Forthify Sdn Bhd.

By accessing this website and using the Fyutr app, we assume you accept these terms and conditions. Do not continue to use Fyutr if you do not agree to take all of the terms and conditions stated on this page.

1. Terminology

The following terminology applies to these Terms and Conditions, Privacy Statement and Disclaimer Notice and all Agreements: "Client", "You" and "Your" refers to you, the person log on this website and compliant to the Company’s terms and conditions. "The Company", "Ourselves", "We", "Our" and "Us", refers to our Company, Forthify Sdn Bhd. "Party", "Parties", or "Us", refers to both the Client and ourselves.

2. Non-Affiliation

Forthify Sdn Bhd, the Fyutr application, and all other applications developed or operated by Forthify Sdn Bhd are independent entities. We are in no way affiliated with, associated with, authorized by, endorsed by, or in any way officially connected to any other companies, organizations, or institutions, including but not limited to public institutions, schools, universities, or governmental bodies.

3. License

Unless otherwise stated, Forthify Sdn Bhd and/or its licensors own the intellectual property rights for all material on Fyutr. All intellectual property rights are reserved. You may access this from Fyutr for your own personal use subjected to restrictions set in these terms and conditions.

You must not:

  • Republish material from Fyutr
  • Sell, rent or sub-license material from Fyutr
  • Reproduce, duplicate or copy material from Fyutr
  • Redistribute content from Fyutr

4. User Accounts

To use certain features of the Service, you may be required to register for an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

5. User-Generated Content

Parts of this app may offer an opportunity for users to post and exchange opinions and information in certain areas of the app. Forthify Sdn Bhd does not filter, edit, publish or review Comments prior to their presence on the app. Comments do not reflect the views and opinions of Forthify Sdn Bhd, its agents, and/or affiliates. Comments reflect the views and opinions of the person who post their views and opinions.

6. Subscriptions and Payments

Certain features of the app may be available via paid subscription. By purchasing a subscription, you agree to the pricing and payment terms as displayed at the time of purchase. Payments are processed securely via third-party payment providers. All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise required by applicable law.

7. AI Features and Usage Limits

Fyutr offers AI-powered features exclusively to Fyutr Pro users, including the "Import calendar" function for image or text. To maintain the quality of the service, manage operational costs, and prevent abuse of our AI systems, the following strict usage limits apply:

  • Generation Limits: 20 generations per month and 100 generations per year.
  • Lifetime Token Limit: A maximum of 500,000 tokens over the lifetime of the account.
  • Time Limit: Access to the AI extraction feature is granted for a maximum period of 5 years.

A "generation" refers to every instance you use the Import calendar function for either image or text processing. These limits are subject to change from time to time at our sole discretion.

8. Disclaimer

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we exclude all representations, warranties and conditions relating to our app and the use of this website. Nothing in this disclaimer will:

  • limit or exclude our or your liability for death or personal injury;
  • limit or exclude our or your liability for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation;
  • limit any of our or your liabilities in any way that is not permitted under applicable law.

9. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
